Has my order shipped yet?

Orders usually ship in 1-2 weeks as stated during checkout and in our shipping policy. When orders ship, we send a shipping notification e-mail to the e-mail address you provided during checkout. If you believe your package should have shipped, but you haven't received an e-mail, check any spam or junk folders to ensure that our notification didn't get trapped on the way to you.
